Champlain, NY — May 10, 2010 — Audio Plus Services, the distributor behind Focal Professional and Home Audio products in North America, announced today that Montreal’s "Le Lab Mastering" studio recently mastered Celine Dion’s new live album “Taking Chances” (SONY) and utilized the full power of Focal’s Grande Utopia EM speakers. Le Lab Mastering is the second studio in the world to install Grande Utopia EM speakers, Focal’s flagship product. The studio opened in July 2009, this is their first mastering project for Celine Dion.

For five years in a row, Focal has been pairing with the Rhône-Alpes region, represented by la Nacre, at the Midem in Cannes. The booth is equipped with Focal loudspeakers to enable professionals to show their work in the best conditions; a specific room has even been equipped for optimized listening...

Besides, this year, Focal goes on with its partnership with Qobuz who's also participating to the Midem on the booth of the Culture and Communication Department: a single motto, the quality of the source for perfect reproduction.

For the 2009 edition of the professional “Maison & Objet” exhibition, Focal invites you to a ride on the topic "the sound everywhere in the house". From September 4th to 8th, discover all the solutions to extend your listening pleasure in you everyday environment.

The “Maison & Objet” exhibition, a prestigious international event, receives each year the great names of decoration, furniture and design. Focal will be implanted in the “Project” part of the exhibition, in the product expertise pole, where the brand will invite you to live “the Spirit of Sound”, a true musical and artistic experience in a high-tech lounge.

Focal invites you to come and “experience” sound pleasure in their stand situated in the main aisle of the 5B2 Hall Aisle E, Booth 14, a nice relaxation time that will surely satisfy the sound lover but also the design passionate.

Focal is a partner of the famous US MTV show: “Pimp my ride”. You have certainly heard about it: some guys use an old car to transform it into a “show-car”.
Knowing that Ramzy presents this first French edition, that's going to be something!
